I work at a very small packaging company of only about 20 people. The entire 2020 we went with no coronavirus outbreaks. All of a sudden we have two back-to-back. Plus we were on a tight budget. I called Bio-One and Juan was incredibly understanding of the situation. He scheduled a tech that day, the tech was on-time, the estimate was on the spot (and in the budget!), and the work began immediately. Juan even called me an hour later to make sure everything went well and I was happy. I could not have asked for better service in a short period of time. Will definitely be calling them again!

Bio-One helped us with a cleaning project at one of our facilities. They were quick to respond, very thorough, took the time to explain to us what they were doing and how long it would take before we could occupy the spaces they had just cleaned. Thank you for your help!

I am a professional construction project manager in Manhattan NY. I inherited a home in PA that was a hoarding situation. Not being from the area was a challenge trying to find someone to assist with this massive undertaking. I came across Bio-One via Google. Nicole answered and from the minute we spoke I knew she was serious about her work and very professional. Unlike many companies from that area. I hired Bio-One to clean out the house. Nicole helped with a family member to collect and save certain items. I was there assisting with the yea, nays, or donation pile. 6 large dumpsters and a week later the house was totally cleaned. It was such a relief and I owe it all to Bio-One.About a year later the empty house was flooded during Hurricane Ida. This caused a huge mold problem along with the house needing to be pumped out. I called Nicole to assist and she recommended that I call a mold inspector to check the air and surfaces for mold to help develop a scope for remediation. The inspector recommended that we basically demo all the interior surfaces then spray all framing with a mold fighting paint along with applying a spray foam insulation in the attic. Once again Bio-One came with a huge team and knocked it out on-time and on budget. I wasn’t even there for 99% of the time but Nicole would send me updates with pictures so I knew exactly what was going on. It was a pleasure using Bio-One and they made my life a lot easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I’m so glad I found them. Stanley Dobrzynski

More often than not there are situations in life that come along and totally knock the wind out of you. Some are embarrassing. Some are tragic. Most you learn how to handle daily but others you are truly at a loss and would do anything for guidance and help. Life gets the best of us all and very often there is no recourse or help coming. Nicole and her team are that help and guidance. They are the kindest most professional people you will ever work with. You may hate the situation that required you to call them but you will feel so happy and safe when they arrive. They are quick, strong, discreet, understanding, empathetic, caring, and totally without judgement. Everything they do is executed with military precision. You won’t believe that people like them exist. They will give you your life and dignity back regardless of what trauma you have endured and help you begin to heal. Do not fear embarrassment. Do not fear judgement. Do not fear being let down. This is the most professional group of people you will ever work with and the closest thing you’ll ever get to superheroes coming to rescue you. Thank you Nicole and team for everything! Semper fi!

The BioOne team helped with a hoarding situation. The entire team was professional every step of the process. They were patient and kind helping the individual sort through her belongings one item at a time. The BioOne team treated the individual with respect and were able to get her items boxed up and put in a storage unit. Without their help, this difficult situation would have disastrous. I would highly recommend BioOne to anyone that needs their services.

Responded quickly to a large milk chocolate spill at a customer. Did a great job cleaning up the hardened chocolate and pressure washing the ground. Will use again if we have another issue in the area!

While unoccupied our cabin was overrun with mice. We walked into droppings on every surface, the kitchen counters, in the drawers, on the floors, on couches, even on beds .... It was like someone tossed bags of black rice everywhere. It was disgusting and it smelled. There was no way it was sanitary and not having the proper equipment it would have been impossible to clean on our own. It was overwhelming. We needed help. Of course this was on a holiday weekend and in a remote location. We could not be more greatful that Bio-One answered our call, scheduled us right away, showed up on time and in four hours had the place completely disinfectd with all evidence of the mice invasion removed. They were compassionate, calm and very responsive. Thank you Bio-One for helping us out in a desperate situation!!!!!
